Using this site

By using the ShutterSky Agency website and submitting a request, you agree to these terms. The content on this site is for general information about our services. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement.

Requests and quotes

Submitting the quote form does not create a binding contract. We will contact you to discuss your project, confirm scope, and provide pricing. A shoot is booked only once terms are agreed and any required deposit is received.

Messaging terms

If you opt in to text messaging, you agree to receive SMS messages from ShutterSky Agency at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

Photography and video we produce is licensed to the client per the written agreement for that project. Site content, branding, and sample work remain the property of ShutterSky Agency.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ShutterSky Agency is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site. Service delivery is governed by the written agreement for each project.
