Who we are
ShutterSky Agency ("ShutterSky," "we," "us") is a media production company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering drone and ground photography and video services across the Phoenix metro.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, project location, and project details. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver your shoot, and communicate with you about your project.
Website analytics and visitor identification
To understand who is interested in our services and to follow up with potential clients, we use website analytics and visitor-identification technology. This may include recognizing the business or organization associated with your network (from your IP address), recognizing you on return visits, capturing information you enter into a form on our site (such as an email address) even if you do not complete the form, and, in some cases, working with third-party identity-resolution partners that may match your visit to business or contact information they maintain.
We use this information only to respond to interest in our services and to send you relevant communications about ShutterSky. If you receive an email from us and no longer wish to hear from us, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in any message. We do not use resolved contact information to send you text messages or automated calls unless you have separately given us your written consent.
Because some identity-resolution partners may be considered to "sell" or "share" personal information under California law, we treat this activity as a sale or share and honor opt-out requests, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, as described below. If you are visiting from the European Union or United Kingdom, we do not apply visitor-identification technology to your visit without your consent.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your phone number and check the box to receive texts, we may send you SMS messages related to your project, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are shared only as described in this policy (for example, with service providers who help us operate the business).
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to run our business (for example, hosting, our CRM and messaging platform, email delivery, and analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it. Text messaging opt-in data is excluded from any sharing as stated above.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your information by contacting us. Analytics can be limited using your browser and device privacy settings.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
